Thierry Roquet, like a bug to the window


Thierry Roquet held daily, and the thread of his sensibility in short poems. He observes
. The insect in the window draws our gaze on the little things, sensations, the seemingly innocuous.

"On the balcony I smoke a cigarette

looking straight ahead
large trees, pavilions
bystanders in the Sunny Park

[...]

and within a moment I can feel


deeply as a kind of tenderness towards

stunned the world "

it slip, it also occasionally touches Fantastic: the strange upstand the commonplace.
And it's beautiful.

"The old lady looked
street in search of I do not know what

an old man came proposed to help
he leaned in turn
then a bunch of old ladies
& old men crouched to
fours
pacing the sidewalk and down
looking indescribable
... "
